Frequently asked questions
What requirements do I have to meet?
You need access to restaurant businesses or the willingness to approach them, fluent German for negotiations and an independent way of working. A business registration is necessary because the cooperation is commission-based. We do not require a formal sales qualification.
How does the referral model work?
You name a restaurant business that fits our brands and make the introduction. We handle the conversation. If the business becomes a partner, you receive a fixed bonus whose amount we agree with you in a personal conversation. You take on no consulting and no support after the introduction.
How am I paid?
You work on a commission basis. The exact amount depends on the model and the territory, and we agree it in a personal conversation — put in writing before you start. As a referral partner you receive a fixed bonus per introduced business. Payment is by invoice.
Do I need a business registration?
Yes. You work self-employed on a commission basis and invoice your fees. That requires a business registration. If you do not have one yet, the willingness to register is enough — registration usually takes a single appointment.
Can I do this alongside another job?
Yes. Many sales partners start alongside a main occupation and increase their workload later. You decide how many businesses you approach and when you book appointments. The only requirement is that started conversations are followed up reliably.
Do I get a fixed territory?
Yes. Every territory is assigned only once, so you work without internal competition. Shape and size are defined together, usually along a city and its surrounding area. Open territories are listed on the city pages of this website.
What materials do I receive?
You receive a brand presentation, image material, sample calculations and a collection of the most common questions with matching answers. Plus access to the internal partner portal that manages leads, appointments and the status of your conversations.
How does onboarding work?
After the first call we introduce you to the concepts, the process of winning a partner and the argumentation. We then accompany your first conversations until you want to run them alone. The time needed is a few appointments spread over the first weeks.
Does this apply to Austria and Switzerland too?
Yes. We assign territories in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Delivery platforms and legal frameworks differ per country; which specifics apply to your location is clarified in the first call.
